The Arm Roast is a hidden gem of a cut! It is the leaner of the 2 main shoulder roasts and yields tender and flavorful meat when prepared low and slow. Our Arm Roasts are bone-in, containing a portion of the leg bone which is full of marrow or "butter of the God's" as we call it. The arm roast is really just a larger and meatier version of a shank!
