From tip to end, the whole tenderloin is a beautifully lean and tender roast. Though we call it a roast, it can be cooked other than just in a low and slow process. Try slicing into individual filet steaks or portion out to make the most incredible Bison Wellingtons! The whole bison tenderloin is a a great statement piece, a wonderful addition to a dinner party or stepping up that traditional holiday spread.

Processing Time
Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing plus transit time for both local delivery and 3rd party shipping. We do not guarantee any shipping or delivery dates, and we recommend ordering 2 weeks prior to your “need by” date to safely allow for processing and transit time.
Local Delivery
Orders are packaged in thermal insulation and boxed. It is not required to be available at the time of delivery; however, orders need to be collected by EOD in order for proper storage.
Local delivery availability is calculated through our online store, it covers most of OKC, Moore, North Norman, most of Edmond, and partially into MWC. If you qualify for local delivery based on the address provided, you will be given the option at checkout.
Delivery Instructions
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide ANY and ALL delivery instructions. We deliver personally, so any gates codes, security, closures, business hours, etc MUST be listed in the “Delivery Instructions” box located under the button for Free Local Delivery.
Shipping
Transit times are offered at checkout. All orders are packaged in food grade insulation and dry ice to maintain proper temperature through transit, approximately 48 hours.
Oklahoma: Shipments inside Oklahoma will have a flat rate of $15.
Outside of Oklahoma: Shipping rates are dictated and controlled by the 3rd party shipping company. We do not offer free shipping or discounted shipping.
